Nicki Minaj is disgusting for saying this! I can't believe she actually made fun of Islam and yet there are Muslim girls and boys who still listen to her music.
"Allahu Akbar" means Allah is the Greatest; and she said "where the **** is akbar" meaning where is the "greatest".
